Air Fryer Chicken Wings

  1. Dry the wings and season both sides liberally with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder
  2. Leave on a wire rack to dry-brine for an hour, or uncovered in the fridge overnight. The drier the skin, the crispier the result
  3. Air fry 25 minutes @425°, checking periodically, turning about halfway
