Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- Chicken wings, separated
- To taste: Salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder
Directions
- Dry the wings and season both sides liberally with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder
- Leave on a wire rack to dry-brine for an hour, or uncovered in the fridge overnight. The drier the skin, the crispier the result
- Air fry 25 minutes @425°, checking periodically, turning about halfway
